Hello, I'm Fleur, and I didn't come to this work as someone who had it all figured out. I came because I've lived through the messy, complicated parts of being human. I've experienced love and heartache, grief and remorse, pleasure and body shame. I've had sex and known the joy of childbirth and the experienced loss. I've felt the weight of relationships falling apart and the relief of finally speaking what needed to be said.
All of these experiences have shaped who I am as a therapist. I'm not here to be the all-knowing professional who sits above it all. I'm here as a person who understands what it means to struggle, and who believes that real healing happens when we strip away the layers and get honest about what's actually going on.
My Approach
My approach is person-centred and pluralistic, which means I'm led by you. I work collaboratively, at the pace you set, using the methods that fit what you need. I draw on my training in sex therapy and my work as an accredited baby loss practitioner, but more than anything, I bring myself. My warmth, my acceptance, and my belief that you already have the answers within you.
Body positivity sits at the heart of everything I do. I work with minimising body shame and encouraging a deep appreciation for our sensual, messy, beautiful bodies. Because when we learn to be kinder to ourselves, everything else starts to shift.
Eating disorders are work I feel particularly called to. The behaviours can be visible. The emotional anguish underneath so often isn’t. I’m trained to look past the surface presentation and reach the whole person.
I'm a wounded healer, and I wear that with pride. If you're looking for someone who gets it, I'm here.

I'm committed to ongoing professional development and receive regular clinical supervision to ensure I'm providing the best possible support. I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
