Psychotherapy at 10 Harley Street, London, in Lymington & Online

Honest conversations. Real connection. No judgement.

Struggling with something can feel isolating. You might be going through a rough patch in your relationship, caught in patterns you can't break, carrying grief that feels too heavy, or dealing with something you're not sure how to talk about.

I'm here to help you work through it. This is a space where you can speak freely, without fear of judgement. I've worked with these issues for years, and I know what tends to help people move forward. We'll work together, but I'll guide the process. You don't need to have it all figured out - that's what I'm here for.

What You Can Expect From Me

I’m Fleur, a qualified psychotherapist working with individuals and couples at 10 Harley Street in London, in Lymington, and online.

I specialise in three areas: eating disorders, pregnancy and baby loss, and psychosexual and relationship therapy. These aren’t just services I offer. They’re the areas I’ve trained in most deeply, thought about most carefully, and feel most called to.

My approach is pluralistic, which means nothing about our work together is off the shelf. I draw on CBT, DBT, psychodynamic thinking, and whatever else fits what you’re bringing, and I shape how we work around you specifically. Not a standard framework applied to your situation, but a way of working built for it.

I guide the process. You won’t be left wondering where we’re going or what we’re doing. But this is your therapy, and everything about how we work will reflect that.

Body positivity sits at the heart of everything I do. No topic is off limits. Nothing you bring will be too much.

Eating Disorders

Specialist therapeutic support that looks past the behaviours to the emotional anguish underneath.

Pregnancy & Baby Loss

Sensitive, informed support through miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, rainbow pregnancies, and infertility.

Psychosexual & Relationship

For couples and individuals navigating intimacy, desire, communication, and connection.

How Therapy Works

Therapy is a structured space where we work through what’s difficult. I bring expertise, direction, and a genuine understanding of what tends to shift things. You bring honesty about what you’re experiencing. Together, we figure out what needs to change and how to get there.

I’m not simply listening and reflecting back what you say. I’m actively guiding the process, asking questions that help you see things differently, challenging patterns that aren’t serving you, and bringing focus when things feel muddled. We work collaboratively, and you can always tell me what’s working and what isn’t. But I’m leading us through it. That’s what I’m trained to do.

Ready To Talk?

You're here because something needs to change. That's the hardest part. If you think I might be the right fit, get in touch. I offer an initial consultation where we can talk about what you're looking for and see if we work well together.
